What the tool does
Choose the job, draw on the map and read the result. Every tool uses the measured terrain beneath your property.
Draw the waterline, move the level and see how the footprint and storage change.
Capacity · Area · Water LevelDraw the pad, set the target elevation and see surplus or required volume. Or let the tool balance itself.
Cut · Fill · Net VolumeDraw the route and read its distance, elevation profile and steepest grade. Attach station data as you go.
Distance · Profile · Max GradePlace a point and find the contributing catchment area. Draw a line; get back low points for culvert placement.
Contributing Area · Flow PathChange the setback distance and see what remains inside the usable boundary.
Gross · Excluded · Usable AreaDivide the property into workable pieces and resize them while acreage updates.
Zone Count · Acreage by Zone/PurposeOne property, multiple intuitive tools, informed by the mapping layers. You are not buying a single answer. Revisit the plan and recalculate as often as the decision changes.
See PricingWhat you get
The planning toolkit and the Google Earth property package are one product built from one measured terrain model. Either view is useful alone; together they keep the analysis and the plan in one place.
Owned outright. Free Google Earth Pro and an ordinary browser are all you need. The toolkit is a first-pass planning tool, not a survey or stamped design.
Contour lines come with the package as DXF files, ready to open in CAD or pass directly to a designer.
Climate data refreshes on its own, keeping the property package current without another manual download.
Each Google Earth property layer can also be provided as a raw, georeferenced .tif file for GIS or your own analysis.
Sun and shadow
Run December 21 forward hour by hour to see long winter shadows move across the property.
Pricing
Every price includes the planning toolkit and the Google Earth terrain package. These are complete prices when usable terrain data already exists. If it does not, site capture is available and quoted separately.
A home quarter, a yard site, or a single field.
A working section, or a run of adjoining quarters.
A whole block, or several parcels held as one.
Every tier includes the full custom toolkit, all terrain analysis layer categories, contour DXF exports and the property file you own outright. Live climate data refreshes automatically, and each Google Earth property layer can also be provided as a raw, georeferenced .tif. Only the acreage changes. There is no separate software charge and nothing renews.
Large properties and regional sites are quoted to suit the extent and outputs.
Drone capture is available and scoped for the site then quoted alongside the package.
Pricing assumes a usable DTM in a supported format and standard package outputs. Site capture and travel are quoted per site. Anything beyond the standard package, such as heavy terrain cleanup or custom analysis, is quoted before it starts.
